Meet Jenna and Tom.  The delightful two came to see me at the Tarragindi Studio to discuss their day.  They had decided to do things a little differently, and wanted a wedding photographer who also did things with a bit of a twist……catch was, they both DESPISE having their photos taken.  Hence, the time frame allocated to  location shooting was minimal, causing me a little concern.  WELL, I can safely say that all of the elements came together to produce the most amazing shooting conditions ever!!!  The sky was absolutely incredible, and the sunset pure gold.  Not to mention Tom and Jenna – simply stunning.
I need to thank you Jenna and Tom for trusting me to produce the images you were looking for.  Also for your patience with my persisting that we shoot for just a little bit longer……:)

It never ceases to amaze me how my couples continue to come up with the most delightful venues at which to host a reception.  This was no exception.  Lake Weyba Cottages sits nestled in the most beautiful forest, right next to Peregian Beach, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.  Truly a photographers delight.
Annie and I had the most amazing day with you and your families – such a privilege.  I know you will have a wonderful life together, filled with joy, love and all the support you will ever need.  Cherish and enjoy. xxx

Jess and Lindsay came to see me at the Tarragindi Studio about their wedding photography.  Both so shy and sweet, I knew that we were going to have a lovely time together.  I also felt that they might feel really uncomfortable in front of the camera. As usual, with an Album Collection, we offer a Couple Session.  So, off we went to the Brisbane Botanical Gardens.  The inclement weather was threatening, though we managed to push on, and have a lovely afternoon.  Turns out that these guys are naturals, and I can’t wait for the wedding.

A day at the Sunshine Coast is always great fun, and this was no exception.  Annie and I spent the day with super sweet couple Sarah and Steve, and it never ceases to amaze me how the day flies by. With both Sarah and Steve getting ready at the Crown Plaza, Pelican Waters, we buzzed up and down between floors to capture those all important split seconds.
Off we went to Buderim, for the service in Wirreanda Park, followed by some artistic images across the road at the local charity store.  Following the sunset, we headed for Dickey Beach, Caloundra, and the Gods answered all of our prays for great light and cool clouds!!!
Last stop, the Military Jetty at Golden Beach.  It was dark by this stage, so out came the video light, and we managed to get some unique moody dusk images.
The festivities underway, it was home time for us.  Thanks for the superb day, Sarah and Steve:)

Approximately 50klms North of Bundaberg is a quaint little property called Boaga.  My brother and his family have been going there for many years, however, this is the first year that James and I ventured up.  What a delightful place.  The fishing village is perched right on the edge of the water, then out the other side of the house, there are cows grazing.  Quite a unique combination.  The sun was shining, the light was AMAZING, and the sunsets awesome. We had a wonderful time, thanks all:)

Sam & Bel = chilled out Warwick wedding.
An inclement day could not ruin the joy of Sam and Bel’s Wedding.  Set on a property just outside of Warwick, this unique rural wedding was a delight.  The tears flowed, vows were exchanged and off we went on location.  We had all the ingredients for amazing images! As usual, Annie did an amazing job as second shooter. Thanks for an amazing day Bel and Sam. Enjoy!

Two little blond bundles of joy, lots of fun and giggles – especially at the end of the session.  Our timing could not have been better.  Having finished the main session, we got caught in the rain – and rain it was! It bucketed down. The more it rained, the more excited the boys got!  Of course, it wouldn’t be the same if we all kept dry, so off they went.  I am loving the looks on their little faces:)
